A UK residence document establishes where you live; it does not override Estonia’s visa requirement for the nationality in your passport.

Estonia’s UK submission route is for lawful residents. Do not assume that a short UK visit creates the required consular connection.
- 03Completing the C-visa form but stopping there
The Estonian online form must be printed, dated and signed; the supporting file and biometrics are still submitted through the official VFS route.
